Sending and Receiving E-Mail over the Internet

E-mail is the sending and receiving of text over the internet. You can also add (attach) multimedia components to your E-Mail such as pictures.

There are two main ways you can create, send and read your E-Mail on the internet.

You can use a dedicated E-Mail client application like Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird.
You can use your web browser to browse to your web based E-Mail life Google or Yahoo Mail.
