Podcasts are audio and Visual multimedia files you download to your computer and listen to and watch. The Podcast world  is fascinating and already has its own language and personalities. Also the quality of some of the Podcasts is very high. For instance you can spend thousands of dollars going to business seminars or listen to the Manager Tools podcast.

In its most simple form a Podcast is nothing more than a mp3 files that you download or play directly from a web page. Moving up a scale Podcasts can be a collection of multimedia files collated in RSS files that can be selectively downloaded using the free Podcast aggregator like iTunes.
